2 tier Fondant "Jungle Animal" Cake

This is one of my favourite cakes it's so colourful & fun!  It's made with 8" & 10" cakes covered with fondant & detailed with jungle animals.  I had a blast making this cake, everything from creating the lady bugs to the giraffe, elephant and monkey on top was so much fun - I loved them all & just couldn't pick a favourite.

Port Moody Winter Market

My daughter and I were at the Port Moody Winter Market yesterday.  For cupcakes we offered Vanilla with a Raspberry buttercream, Chocolate with a Vanilla buttercream & Red Velvet with a Cream Cheese icing.   Our Mini Dress & Mouse Cakelets were a huge hit (sold out!), and  our Cheese Cake Pops were selling like hot cakes.  Big & little kids loved our Callebaut White & Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookies on a Stick too.

Chocolate Fondant Cake with Mini Dress Cakelet

I made this cake for a 9th birthday celebration.  It was a vanilla cake, layered with vanilla buttercream, covered with Chocolate Fondant and topped off with a matching mini dress cakelet.
