Karate Cookies

This idea came to me while I was making Halloween cookies for my kids.  I wanted to do something special for my daughter's karate class and I thought they'd get a kick out of these.  I was o.k. with the way they turned out, but will be working on the detail a little more prior to showing them to her Sensei.

Halloween Cookies

I made these Halloween cookies for my children and their friends.  I make all my cookies with butter and as little sugar as possible.  These sugar cookies have great texture and melt in your mouth but aren't too sweet.  They're a favorite of all my children.

Halloween Spider Cupcakes

The kids loved these Halloween Spider cupcakes.  I can make them in all sorts of flavours and spooky gross designs - perfect for the Halloween season.  They can also be made for any other season or occasion such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Birthdays.

Transformer Cake

I made this cake especially for a 6 year old boy who loves Transformers.  The cake was vanilla, filled with fresh strawberries and iced with real whipping cream.  I did the Transformer face and lettering with fondant.

Decadent Chocolate Cake

This cake stood at 5.5" tall, filled with triple layers of real whipping cream and iced with a rich but not too sweet chocolate ganache.  To top it off, I placed white chocolate seashells throughout the cake.  I was told it tasted even better than it looked.

Half pipe Cake

Lovely to have met you today and I have to say that was the best cake ever! Thank you so much. Everyone loved it! You made the party! Looking forward to the cupcakes! ~KARA-LEIGH~

Wedding Cupcakes!

These decadent chocolate cupcakes were to die for!  I made them from rich dark chocolate and topped with them with a flavourful, but not too sweet vanilla buttercream icing.  The bride and groom had a silver and black theme, so these fit in just perfectly.

Coquitlam Farmers Market

This BIG cake was ordered by the Coquitlam Farmers Market in Celebration of Appreciation Day on September 19, 2010. It was a vanilla cake filled & topped with fresh strawberries and topped off with a decadent buttercream and chocolate icing, it was cut into 100 yummy pieces!  This year I was a vendor at the Coquitlam Farmers Market, I will also be at the Port Moody Winter Market Nov 7, Dec 5, Jan 9, & Feb 6 - & possibly more dates, I will keep you posted.  I will be selling assorted flavors of my cupcakes and cookies.  Hope to see you there!
