I donated my very first 3 tier fondant covered cake to the Port Coquitlam Costco's "Hawaiian" themed cake walk for Children's Hospital. My cake consisted of 10", 8" & 6" rounds iced with butter cream and covered with fondant. The hula girl was made from gumpaste and the sea shells from white chocolate. Everything on my cake was edible. My cake won First Place too!
